Booking  and Cancellation Policy

A £10.00 fee is charged for a cancellation made 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Same day cancellations are charged at half the treatment cost.

​

For online bookings a £5.00 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.  The payment will be taken off you balance at the time of treatment. .

Failure to pay the deposit will not secure your appointment and the appointment will be canceled after 48 hours.

Payments can be made via a sum up secure text message or bank transfer.
